Two killed in vehicle collision just the beginning as police also arrest two others in near vicinity for drunken driving after their vehicles crash, one hitting an Oregon Department of Transportation pickup and injuring the employee.

A 23-year-old man was cited and released for drunken driving after allegedly eluding officers in a chase that saw a BMW hit a fire hydrant and then a fence at the corner of Liberty and Fourth streets in The Dalles on Monday, March 7.
