Laci Hoylman Signs with the Oregon Institute of Technology

The Dalles High School held a signing day ceremony for Senior Laci Hoylman, on Thursday, March 4th, at 3 p.m. to celebrate the continuation of her education and her volleyball career at Oregon Institute of Technology.
