Parkdale Man Arrested After Investigation Into Explosions Near Miller Road

The Hood River County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Parkdale man following an investigation into explosions heard in the Miller Road area of Parkdale. Westun Harvey was lodged at NORCOR on multiple charges related to the possession and manufacture of destructive devices.
