Mt. Adams Institute’s Sense of Place series continues with "More Than Skinnies & Singletrack: A History of Mountain Biking in Post Canyon," featuring Hood River County Forester Doug Thiesies, trail-builder Gary Paasch, and County Commissioner Arthur Babitz.

Annual or daily parking permits would be purchased for $30 or $5 respectively, valid at all county Fee Parking Zones between dawn and dusk. Fee Parking Zones would be added to properties in county forestlands near popular recreation areas including Post Flats, Seven Streams, Family Man, Binns Hill, Kingsley Reservoir and Pinemont.
