Evacuations Expand as Rowena Fire Grows; Red Cross Shelter Opens in The Dalles

Evacuation zones have been significantly expanded in response to the Rowena Fire burning near Mayer State Park, according to a 7 p.m. update from the Wasco County Sheriff's Office.
