Runyon has been on City Council for six years and has decades of local government experience, and he is quite clear on his positions in regard to investing into local infrastructure, most notably The Dalles Potable Water system. He says Google funds will play a major role.

Dan Richardson grabbed 3,968 votes in his race for Council Position 4 against John Grant, 1,258 votes, and F John Ercole, 596 votes, in unofficial Wasco County Election results.
