A free community watch party in The Dalles will give residents a chance to take part in this year’s Ageless Awards, a statewide celebration recognizing Oregonians seniors age 75 and older who pack a big volunteer punch and smash the stereotypes about aging.

Local pancake gourmands can donate an amount of their choosing. That’s the butter that will help The Dalles put food on the table for others. Here’s how.

The parish will present music, mediation and memories on May 28, 2025 starting at noon. Come one, come all between noon and 3 p.m. and learn about the 150-year-old chapel.
