As spring returns to the Hood River Valley and orchards and wildflowers come into bloom, the Hood River Cider Fest returns for its 11th year with a new setting and expanded offerings for 2026.

Visit Hood River’s 2026 Community Investment Matching Grant Program is now accepting applications. Now in its fifth year, the annual program supports businesses and fosters community economic vitality throughout the greater Hood River area. This year’s program will award up to $40,000 in matching funds.

Rooted in the region’s winter adventure culture and creative spirit, the weekend delivers an inclusive lineup of events with welcoming experiences for all.

Visit Hood River has awarded $26,800 in matching funds to three local organizations through its annual Community Investment Grant Program. Designed to support small businesses and promote long-term economic vitality in the greater Hood River area, the program provides matching grants to projects that enhance, promote, and sustain Hood River as a vibrant destination, contributing to the community's growth and well-being.
