A second heatwave is hitting the Gorge today, July 29, with temperatures in in the region to cap 100 degrees for the next three days, according to weather forecasters.
There is a level 3 GO NOW evacuation in effect for a small portion of Kelley Springs Rd to the northeast of the fire. A heat advisory is currently in place for June 21st in the Columbia River Basin.
