TD Superneighbor: Dave DesRochers vs The City Block
The Dalles, Ore., Jan. 19, 2024 – Uppercut Barbershop’s Mike Nagle grabbed these photos today as Hampton Furniture’s David DesRochers did battle with a foot of snow on sidewalks in downtown The Dalles.
And he ain’t the kind of guy to just stop because he hit his property line. Snowblowers gotta blow!
It appears Dave took on a good part of his entire block, blasting the chunky white stuff like a superhero neighbor. He rounded his corner on Second Street, took out a section of Washington Street, and then headed down Third Street.
“I think it is an example of the ‘community’ that is common in this town and why I like living and working in The Dalles,” Nagle said.
