The Dalles Beautification Winner for September is Anne Barstow

From The Dalles Beautification Committee:

City of The Dalles Beautification Committee announces that September’s Beautification Award winner is Anne Barstow!

She is the property owner of this month's chosen garden at 1315 E. 19th St., The Dalles

When asked to describe her garden Anne said “I think that every garden tells a story of the people's lives that have planted and tended it and my garden is surely no exception. It is a living testimony of my family's victories, our sadness, our faith, our love for our neighbors, and each other.”

The award was presented by Beautification Committee member John Nelson and Mayor Mays
