A Nice Touch - Steve Kelsey with The Dalles Iron Works installed a gate at St. Peter’s Landmark on Wednesday, Nov. 3. The gateway - fabricated from scratch - gives the iconic former Catholic Church in The Dalles another interesting element for those walking the path to the meeting room on the first floor. Kelsey was able to complete the work between rain showers as the Mid-Columbia continues to see daily rainfall. Forecasts call for additional showers the next 6 of 7 seven days with a little sunshine coming on Monday, Nov. 8.
