The Dalles Vision 2040 Survey Round Two: Share Your Views On Community Priorities

The City of The Dalles is seeking another round of public input on The Dalles Vision 2040 project with a second community input survey. The project will help shape The Dalles community for decades to come.

The City has identified six focus areas after hearing from more than 430 community members in their first community survey and from attendees of a Community Town Hall on March 9, which sought to narrow the focus of the project further.

The six focus areas are:

  • Enhancing Education

  • Creating Economic Vitality

  • Providing Recreation and Open Space

  • Strengthening and Sustaining Community Life

  • Improving Government and Infrastructure

  • Fostering Cultural Enrichment

“We're asking community members to share your views on these focus areas and weigh in on potential priorities. We need your help to set a vision for 2040 and make The Dalles even better!” reads the City of The Dalles survey.

Complete the 4-minute survey by April 18 and enter your name for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.
