Teen Art Club: Needle Felted Mushrooms
Wednesday, May 7, 2:30–4 p.m., Meeting Room
Join artist Jo Wheeler for a hands-on session in needle felting. This event is open to teens and focuses on creating whimsical felted mushrooms.

Virtual Program: How to Use Anxiety to Thrive with Dr. David H. Rosmarin
Wednesday, May 7, 11 a.m.–noon, Online
In this virtual webinar, Dr. David H. Rosmarin, Harvard Medical School professor and author of Thriving with Anxiety, will teach how to reframe anxiety into a tool for resilience and emotional connection. Registration is available online.

Saturday, May 10Aerial Arts Demo and Do Experience aerial acrobatics and try a few movements yourself during a demonstration from 11 a.m. to noon. Open to all ages, no registration required.

Self-Defense for Women: Round 3
Saturday, May 10, 3–4 p.m., Meeting Room
Women of all ages are encouraged to attend this free self-defense class taught by professional trainers from The Dalles. No registration is required. Teens must be accompanied by an adult.
