On Dec. 8th at 9:30 a.m. at the Columbia Gorge Toyota and Honda, we will be doing a check presentation with Scott Baker from Parks and Recreation to donate all funds raised from the event.

We have a total of, $3,260 that will be donated specifically towards the Sorosis Park replanting fund.

We were blown away by the public response to this event and are looking forward to making it an annual tradition. Each year we will be donating all funds to a different, local cause.

We had such a good turnout that we ended up running out of race numbers. In total, we had well over 200 participants. Columbia Gorge Toyota and Honda thanks the many volunteers and businesses that spent hours of their time and donated resources to pull it off. A big thank you to those who helped organize: Melissa Diss, Carmen Myers and Holly Todd. A few specific business donations include photography of the event and free download of photos by Kathy Pothier photography, Swell Gelator for all four-legged participants and coffee and cocoa provided by Kainos coffee.

We can’t wait to do it again next year even bigger and better.
