Tygh Valley Man Arrested in Grocery Outlet Burglary Investigation

The Dalles, Ore., Nov. 13, 2025 — On October 26, 2025, at about 10:45 p.m., City of The Dalles Police officers were alerted to a Burglary in progress at Grocery Outlet at 1300 West 6th Street. Officers responded, and the suspect was gone.

Detectives responded and began an extensive investigation that led to a suspect being identified.

Yesterday, November 12, 2025, Detectives served a search warrant in Tygh Valley and arrested the suspect during an interview in The Dalles.

Detectives arrested Wesley D. Campbell, 30 years old, of Tygh Valley, for second-degree burglary, aggravated theft in the first degree, and second-degree criminal mischief. Campbell was booked into the Northern Oregon Regional Corrections Facility and released pending further court proceedings.

Campbell is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges are often reduced or modified in the criminal justice process.
