Volunteer flags 2-car collission in TD this morning
Ben Chandler of Carson took his dad to a medical appointment and found himself amidst a two-vehicle accident on Seventh St. in The Dalles this morning, Monday, Sept. 28. A Red Ford SUV and a Black Honda 4-door collided when one t-boned the other as it turned into the county offices at 419 E. 7th St.
Chandler, seen here, said he spends a fair amount of time flagging and had his gear in his vehicle when this accident occurred around 8:30 a.m. Chandler felt obligated to help having known tow truck drivers and others who have been injured by passing vehicles when assisting in accidents.
