Carl Alvin Barnett, age 96, resident of Maupin, Oregon passed away July 7, 2021. Viewing/visitation is scheduled for 8 a.m.- 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home, burial to follow at 11 a.m. at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery 1100 18th Street, The Dalles, Oregon. A memorial service will be held that afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Maupin American Legion Hall, 311 Deschutes Avenue, Maupin, Oregon.

Brian Allan Franks, age 57, resident of Deer Park, Washington passed away July 7, 2021. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
