Jesslyn Alan Spino, age 61, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away July 9, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 5 PM July 12, 2021, at Spencer, Libby & Powell Gathering Hall. Burial Service will be the following day, July 13, 2021, at Wish-Yum Cemetery, Dallesport, Washington.

Shane Dustin Brace, age 46, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away July 5, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and details will be posted on Spencer, Libby & Powel website once finalized.

Larry Vincent George, age 80, resident of The Dalles, Oregon passed away July 7, 2021. He will be laid to rest in a private service at Willamette National Cemetery. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
