Kenneth Arlen Farner, age 93, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away at home on June 7, 2025. Viewings will be held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home on June 27, 2025, from 2-6 PM and June 28, 2025, from 8-11 AM, Celebration of Life, June 28, 2025, 1 PM at Gateway Church 1111 Dry Hollow Rd, The Dalles, Graveside Service, 3 PM at Odd Fellows Cemetery on Cherry Heights Rd.
