Ray Perez Bustos, age 99, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away on April 28, 2023.

A Viewing will be held on May 11, 2023 from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm at Spencer, Libby & Powell Gathering Hall. Mass will take place at the St. Peter Catholic Church on May, 12, 2023 at 11:00 am with an immediate Burial at the St. Peter Cemetery. A Luncheon will follow at the Parish Hall at St. Peter Catholic Church. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
