William Flores, age 74, a resident of The Dalles, OR, passed away on December 22, 2022. A Rosary will be held at Spencer, Libby & Powell Gathering Hall, 1100 Kelly Ave. The Dalles, OR, on January 5, 2023, at 5:00 pm.
The Funeral will be held at St. Peter’s Church on January 6, 2023, at 10:30 am, Burial to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery. Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
