Frances Lorraine Rogers, age 92, resident of Dufur, Ore., passed away on February 8, 2021. Frances is preceded in death by her beloved husband Emsley Woodruff Rogers and will be laid to rest next to him in a graveside service 10:00 Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Dufur Cemetery.
