Position SummaryProvides ongoing support services and trainings to parents/caregivers in assigned counties. Provides virtual and in-person education and activities that support the adult caregiver and child’s development. • Associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development or related field AND 6 months of actual work experience working with preschool or infant/toddler age children.

  OR

• Out-of-field associate’s degree and 3 years of actual work experience working with preschool or infant/toddler age children.

    OR

• High School Diploma, GED, or Diploma de Educacion Secundaria AND Preschool or Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate.

  OR

• One year Oregon community college certificate in field WITH training or coursework in early childhood development with a focus on preschool or infant/toddler development.
