Steakhouse Specials set for March 10 Supper Club at Freebridge Brewing

Expect steakhouse classics such as dirty martinis and old-fashioneds, along with creative drinks like huckleberry pie lemon drops and marmalade sours.

The Dalles, Ore., March 6, 2026 — Only a handful of seats remain for Freebridge Brewing’s March 10 Supper Club dinner, a four-course “Classic Steakhouse” experience designed for an indulgent evening of bold flavors, craft cocktails and relaxed dining.

The themed dinner takes place Tuesday, March 10, with reservation times available between 5 and 7:30 p.m. at Freebridge Brewing in The Dalles. The cost is $65 per person, and reservations must be made in advance.

The evening’s steakhouse-inspired menu centers on a tender filet mignon topped with cracked peppercorn brandy sauce and served alongside herbed garlic mashed potatoes and roasted honey-and-thyme rainbow carrots.

Caesar salad with house dressing and freshly shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano

Guests will begin the evening with hot spinach artichoke dip and house-baked crostini, followed by a classic Caesar salad with house dressing and freshly shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano. Dessert finishes the meal with a decadent double chocolate fudge brownie served à la mode and drizzled with salted bourbon caramel sauce.

Alongside Freebridge’s brewed-in-house beers, the kitchen and bar team will offer a curated cocktail menu for the evening. Expect steakhouse classics such as dirty martinis and old-fashioneds, along with creative drinks like huckleberry pie lemon drops and marmalade sours.

A hyper-local wine list will also be available, featuring bottles from regional favorites including 15 Mile Winery and The Pines 1852.

The Supper Club series will continue later this spring with additional themed dinners scheduled for April 14 and May 12.
