NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue will hold a joint public hearing of its Board of Directors and its Local Contract Review Board regarding adoption of Public Contracting Rules on the 23rd day of January 2023, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Mid-Columbia Fire and Rescue, Station 1,1400 W. 8th Street, The Dalles, Oregon. The public hearing will be held for the purpose of taking comments on the District’s draft findings supporting the exemption of certain classes of special procurements and public improvement contracts from competitive bidding requirements.
