6th St and Hostetler Intersection Closure

The Dalles, Ore., Oct. 29, 2025 — Starting November 3rd, the intersection of Hostetler and W 6th St. will be Fully Closed for the installation of the underground storm line improvements. The closure will be in effect 24/7 with an estimated duration of 2.5 weeks.

Attached is the traffic control plan outlining the closure and alternate routes around the closure. Businesses south of the intersection will need to be accessed via W. 6th Street from the South.

Crestline Construction recommends motorists use alternate routes, obey site traffic control, and be aware of the increased construction equipment and activity throughout the duration of the project. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we construct these City of The Dalles Improvements.
