Lyle, WA, March 11, 2024 — The Lyle Community Council has begun seeking volunteers for their annual Lyle Community Clean up on April 13-14.

”Spring is a great time to spruce up the yard and the neighborhood. Whether spending a little time picking up litter at your favorite Lyle spot, reducing fire risk by clearing gutters at your neighbor's home, or pulling invasive puncturevine plants, there are a variety of opportunities to help Lyle shine like the gem that it is,” said Lyle Community Council in their email blast.

”Our volunteer crew is planning some fun community opportunities for this year's clean-up so stay tuned!”

Community clean-ups are a great opportunity to lend a hand to neighbors.

”If you would like to share your time and energy on Friday and/or Saturday or in the lead-up to the event, please contact us for more information. There will be opportunities to complete hands-on tasks like posting flyers, unloading materials, directing traffic, collecting donations, and more. This event does not happen without volunteers!” said Lyle Community Council.
