The Dalles, Ore., Oct. 28, 2025 — On Thursday, October 30, 2025, the City of The Dalles Public Works will repair a catch basin on the 6th Street Bridge. The catch basin is creating a road hazard and must be repaired.

West 6th Street Bridge – Full street closure on Thursday, October 30, 2025, during work hours. Expect delays.

Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians are asked to use detours around the work zone during work hours. The street will be reopened when repairs are complete.

Business access will be open during construction.

Please proceed with caution in this area during street closures. Please observe all temporary traffic control devices. Thank you for your attention to traveling safety during this work.
