Wednesday July 8, 2026

Lindsley Brothers Trio at Bargeway, 7 p.m.

About the Lindsley Brothers

Hailing from Arlington, Virginia and shaped by the harmonies of church choirs, The Lindsley Brothers were immersed in music from an early age. Their creative journey began in middle school with their first band and grew as they ventured into the streets of Santa Barbara, where they attended college and performed as street musicians. It was there that they found their sound, blending acoustic funk with heartfelt lyrics, and by 2017, they were playing regular gigs around the city.

In 2021, they released their debut EP Simpler Times, a six-song project that reflects on their childhood experiences with raw, introspective lyrics. The release caught the attention of listeners and marked the beginning of a new chapter in their musical career. The following year, they set up their base in Waco, Texas, where they formed a full band and further honed their sound.

After gaining national exposure with a feature on American Idol, The Lindsley Brothers released their first full-length album, Oh My Love, in 2024. A concept album exploring the complexities and beauty of love, Oh My Love delves into the deeper meaning of relationships and emotions, blending soulful grooves with powerful, thought-provoking lyrics.

Now based in Oregon, The Lindsley Brothers are excited to bring their music to the Pacific Northwest, continuing to grow their fanbase and create new, impactful music. With so much more on the horizon, they’re just getting started on this incredible journey.

HOT DAMN SCANDAL

Hot Damn Scandal finds its songs under park benches and in forgotten alleyways, on the corner of Tom Waits and Gershwin. The resulting outlaw ballads, dirty jazz, circus freakouts, shanty-rags, string band funk, lonesome heart-breakers, and whiskey bottle love songs blend together in what may be best described as 'Cabaret Americana': theatrical, orchestral, lyrical, and endlessly danceable. The group began as a nebula of traveling musicians formed around the songs of founder Pete Irving over 15 years ago. Firmly rooted in Bellingham, WA since 2016, they have become a staple in the ever evolving NW music scene. With influences ranging from Roma Swing to Motown, from Klezmer too Country, they'll be in your ears and on your mind for good after you've seen them once.

KIMMI BITTER

Dubbed "the future of classic country" by Saving Country Music, Kimmi Bitter has emerged as a leading voice of the New Countrypolitan sound. By fusing the golden-era spirit with West Coast energy, her blend of 1960s Nashville grandeur, surf-soaked guitar tones, and mod aesthetics has earned her a devoted following across the country. Often described as Patsy Cline set against a Quentin Tarantino soundtrack, Bitter’s music evokes a midcentury California dream: cinematic, timeless, and transportive.

COUNTY LINE

County Line is a Columbia River Gorge-based quintet playing an original mix of roots-rock and Americana music. The line-up includes Kerry Williams on mandolin and guitar,  Jeremy Hadden on bass, Tim Ortlieb on drums, Larry Wyatt on guitar, and songwriter Matt Mesa on guitar.
