Hot Wok Roadhouse Restaurant and Lounge Opens In Lyle
Lyle locals say they are looking forward to having another option for a hot meal and a drink in Lyle.

Welcome the new year by checking out the newly soft-opened Hot Wok Roadhouse Restaurant and Lounge located at 600 State Street in Lyle, WA.
Did you know? Businesses have soft openings to help prepare and train their staff before officially having their Grand Opening to the public. In this case, while Hot Wok is currently open to the public, they are still in the process of training new staff. This restaurant serves a variety of dishes, including Chinese classics like Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken, BBQ pork, and fried wontons, Vietnamese pho, as well as American staples such as hamburgers and chicken strips.
It even has boba tea, a full bar and a pool table.
“We’ve got a great atmosphere, great food, big portions, and it’s a really fun delicious place to eat,” said Katrina Fitzsimmons, a server at Hot Wok. “Come in and get some food. We look forward to serving you!”
So when did this happen exactly? The Hot Wok Roadhouse first opened its doors for their soft opening on December 28th, 2022.
The Hot Wok Roadhouse is now open six days a week, from Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

The restaurant which has already seen some pretty busy days despite having just opened a week ago. As a result they are looking to hire more staff! This is a chance to get in on the ground level of a new restaurant while they work hard to dial everything in to ensure customer satisfaction.
