Kicking It Open at Kainos

Jerry Christensen, Mike Woodside, Bob Perkins and Mike Richardson enjoy a cup of joe this morning, Friday, Feb. 26, at Kainos Coffee one East Second St., The Dalles.

“It’s exciting to be out,” said Woodside.

“It’s a big deal,” added Perkins.

“It gives us something to do the other 23 hours of the day,” added Christensen.

Ba-boom. Crash.

It is the first day of in-dining for restaurants and cafes as Wasco County has gone to a lower-risk category for COVID. Other entertainment venues, churches and gyms are also now able to reopen at reduced seating capacities.
