The Dalles, Ore., May 9, 2024 — In the early 1970s, the Bigfoot craze hit The Dalles with the opening of The Bigfoot Exhibition brought to us by Peter Byrne of Dublin, Ireland, who wrote the book “The Search for Bigfoot.”
The Boston Academy of Applied Sciences began bankrolling Byrne, who was able to establish a Bigfoot Information Center near The Dalles, Oregon. This effort continued for 9 years, from 1970-1979. During that time, Byrne appeared on "In Search Of..." and also his own short documentary, titled "Manbeast: Myth or Monster" in 1978,” according to sasquatchodyssey.com
So friends, tell us where the exhibition was located - hint - it was next to a “ghostly” restaurant.
