Dottie Hansen and her friend made their rounds downtown The Dalles this afternoon, Monday, Nov. 1.

A little rain is a cause for celebration for good things to come.

Dottie said she had to get out for her walk as she is planning a trip to Orlando, Fl. for next spring. Isn’t that a great way to beat the blues? Wasco County is finally getting some well-needed liquid sunshine as forecasters are calling for soil softener starting on Thursday and continuing for the next 10 days solid.

So everybody sing:
