Summit Sends It: Warm weather continues today

Summit Bohannon of The Dalles got his kicks in on Wednesday as The Dalles Skatepark saw great action with kids off from school with early release and temperatures at around 70 degrees. Summit could be heard throughout the afternoon talking to others and giving them confidence to try new tricks at the park. He requested CCCNews return to get photos of some of the kids who ride scooters through the bowl. “They get way more air than I do,” he said. Watch here for additional photos.

The Dalles, Ore., March 19, 2026 — The National Weather Service calls for a mild start to the end of the week, with partly sunny skies today and a high near 71, followed by a mostly cloudy night with a low around 50.

Rain might return Friday, with a 30% chance of showers after 11 a.m. and a high near 68. A slight chance of rain continues into Friday night before tapering off.

The weekend turns cooler, with mostly sunny skies Saturday and a high near 55, dropping to around 34 overnight. Sunday remains mostly sunny with a high near 57 before clouds increase Sunday night, with a low around 38.
