Approval of a  29-unit subdivision in East The Dalles is now being appealed to The Dalles City Council after the planning commission denied an appeal by neighbors to the project two weeks ago. 

“We’re hoping to get started this summer but we need to talk with the city and engineer and figure out timelines,” said Jason Alford this morning, April 22. “We’re a little bit behind from where we were hoping to be.”

The Fun Group has struck again with a partnership with The City of The Dalles, Crestline Construction and North Wasco County People’s Utility District. Call it a glowing holiday gumbo.

Construction on the 5,500-square-foot commercial building is taking place across the street from McDonald's near The Dalles Bridge.
