Bring your appetite and your friends, The Dalles Kiwanis are serving up steaks and smiles at their 69th annual Steak Feed this Thursday.

Sue McMahon was smart to get moving early as temperatures are expected to hit 97 today, according to the National Weather Service. At least there will be some breeze to dry the sweat with east wind predicted at 5 to 7 mph. Kiwanis Steak feed starts at 5 p.m. Some schools move to early release due to the heat wave.

The 2022 Kiwanis Steak Feed will soon be upon us today, Thursday, Sept. 8. It goes from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 and are still available. Click here for the link to purchase tickets.
