Summit Cedar Mill Fire being pushed by heavy winds in Dallesport, 5 p.m., May 16

Firefighters are battling a fast-moving fire lit by a malfunctioning semi-truck that spread the fire that eventually engulfed Summit Cedar Mill and lumberyard at 3 p.m. High winds are fanning the flames.
