Museum operators and floozies are back in business. The Queen of the West docked this morning at 10 a.m. and some 78 passengers disembarked for a tour of our little corner of the world. They had money to spend.
Ramsay Signs continue to install classic neon signs in The Dalles today, Jan. 14. The sign company is doing the work for free in cooperation with The National Neon Sign Museum and The Dalles Mainstreet, which procured a $25,000 grant for the signs.
Ramsay Signs arrived this morning, Jan. 11, with multiple cranes to lift four neon signs into place in The Dalles downtown core. Some alleys and side streets have been temporarily closed for the day while the work is being completed.
