Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance (CGPA) celebrated LGBT Pride Month in downtown The Dalles on Saturday, June 29. Hundreds flocked to the event to enjoy celebrating LGBTQ resilience and the fight for equal rights.

This Saturday, Gorge Roller Derby (GRD) is hosting their final bout of the season, on June 1st at The Fort Dalles Readiness Center at 402 W Scenic Dr in The Dalles. Proceeds from the event and raffle basket will benefit Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance (CGPA).

Break out your chain mail and polish your jousting stick! Columbia Gorge Pride Youth Council is back with another free all ages dance. Festivities will kick off at Hood River Hotel at 102 Oak St on November 11 at 6 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. There will be a medieval and renaissance faire themed dance, drag, food, crafts and opportunities for attendees to show off their bard skills.

Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance (CGPA) hosted their 2nd annual pride parade and resource fair in The Dalles on June 25th. Over 150 people marched in the parade and about 300 people visited the resource fair at Lewis and Clark Festival Park throughout the day. 

The Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance held a queer clothing swap at The Next Door in The Dalles on June 19th, 2023 from 12 to 4 p.m. The event was a part of the CGPA’s “30 Days of Gay” Pride events that are occurring throughout the Columbia River Gorge this June.

Get ready for a night of spooky fun! The Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance’s (CGPA) Gothic MasQUEERade is an all-ages dance for LGBTQ+ folx and allies throughout the Gorge. The Masqueerade will be November 12th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in historic Hood River Hotel’s Emerald Room.
