The Dalles, OR— The Columbia Gorge Pride Alliance held a queer clothing swap at The Next Door in The Dalles on June 19th, 2023 from 12 to 4 p.m. The event was a part of the CGPA’s “30 Days of Gay” Pride events that are occurring throughout the Columbia River Gorge this June.

Attendees were encouraged to “bring clothes that aren’t your vibe anymore” and “trade for new threads”.

The event provided a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to gather, celebrate recycled fashion, and find new clothes that fit their style and gender presentation.

Staff said that the event was a success and that the swap was busy most of the afternoon.
