Haven Executive Director Marcee Kukal Manning and advocate Angelica Mendoza, who passed away unexpectedly last year, have both been awarded special honors for the work they’ve accomplished with survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
Over the past month Koch has received a court appointed attorney, been granted a waiver of extradition, and entered a plea of not guilty.
No plea occurred at the Tara Koch plea hearing proceedings which took place today, August 22nd, 2022, at 9:58 a.m. due to a lack of an available public defender.
