Developer applies to split 5 lots into 9 on West 12th in TD

Here is a view of the five lots that are being considered for being split into 9 lots. They are located on West 12th Street The Dalles where the street intersects with Myrtle Street. The property is zoned high-density residential.

Randy Olmstead has applied to The Dalles Community Development Department to split 5 lots into 9 on West 12th street near where it intersects with Myrtle St.

The request to re-plat asks to create lots ranging in size from 4,025 square feet to 4,921 square feet in the high-density residential zone.

The City of The Dalles Community Development Director will make an Administrative Decision on the request.

Written comments for or against the proposal will be accepted for 14 days and are due by 5:00 p.m., January 6, 2021, in The Dalles Community Development Office, 313 Court Street, The Dalles, OR 97058.
