KIWANIS PROGRAMS:  Kiwanis meetings are held every Thursday at noon at Spooky’s and visitors are welcome.  This week’s events include:

— Apr. 6 Bill Weiler will speak about wildlife habitat and conservation in the Gorge.

— Apr. 13 D’na Chase will address tribal perspective as a Land Trust board member and educational signage on trails in the National Scenic Area.

— Apr. 20 Terra Lingley from ODOT will share Historical Highway Route 30 plans and updates.

— Apr. 22 (Saturday) Kiwanians meet at 8th and Cherry Heights to line up the Cherry Festival Parade, 7:30 a.m.

— Apr. 27 is Kiwanis business and social meeting.
