Parade entries lined up on 9th Street behind Grocery Outlet and moved onto Webber Street in preparation for take off. See video above.
A hardy crowd turned out for the Veterans Day Parade today, Nov. 11, in downtown The Dalles.
Parade watchers donned coats, blankets, caps, and gloves to combat temps in the mid-30s.
The parade started at 11 a.m. and rolled through downtown around 11:15 a.m.
Chilly days require puppy powered thermal insulators.
