TDAC puts out open call for artists in Columbia Gorge
From The Dalles Art Center or TDAC:
TDAC is proud to announce a new open call for artists of all mediums in the Columbia Gorge Region. With the diminished opportunities for artists unaffiliated with galleries, we are excited to provide artists from the area a space to exhibit their work collectively.
We are looking for emerging and established artists to showcase the talent that exists in the region. The represented geographic range is Troutdale to Goldendale within 100 miles North and South of the Columbia River. This includes artists who have strong connections to the Gorge, ie. resided or consider it a place of origin.
Submissions will be accepted online via Cafe. If you are unable to access CAFE, please contact the center at 541-296-4759 or director@thedallesartcenter.org. We are happy to assist you or make accommodations. Work will be selected by TDAC Staff. Nancy Houfek Brown will judge the work to select a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize. Your entry fee will be pooled for cash prizes which will range between $100-250 depending on participation.
