TD’s Rayburn to become City Administrator in White Salmon
Troy Rayburn who grew up in The Dalles and graduated from TDHS in 1980 is taking the position as city administrator at White Salmon Washington, according to a recent article in The Nugget Newspaper in Sisters, Oregon.
“After more than three years as the program manager for the City’s Public Works Department, Troy Rayburn left Sisters as of September 30 for a position as city administrator in White Salmon, Washington,” the Newspaper reported.

Rayburn recently applied for The Dalles City Manager Position back in March of this year. However, Matthew Klebes was given the job.
