The Dalles Traffic Alerts: TD to Get New Traffic Signals on 6th and Webber + 1st Street Road Closure
Traffic Alert 1.
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) will change the configuration of traffic signals on Thursday April 22, 2021 through Friday April 23, 2021 at the the intersection of West 6th Street and Webber Street – Flaggers will be directing traffic on all travel lanes at this intersection. Expect delays.
To minimize disruption, the work is scheduled at night from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
The purpose of this project is to install new left turn signals for the north/south traveling lanes on Webber Street. This change is expected to smooth the flow of traffic and improve safety for motorists making left turns.
Please proceed with caution through this intersection during work hours and observe all temporary traffic control devices and flagger directions. Thank you for your attention to traveling safety during this work.

Traffic Alert 2.
Crestline Construction Company LLC will be closing off access to thru traffic on 1st street on April 22nd, 2021.
The work is being done for a replacement sewer line for the City of The Dalles.
An alternate route would be 2nd Street. The work is expected to take 1 day.
