Wasco County Fair: 110+ Years of Fun with Free Family Day, Rodeo, and Drone Show
The Dalles, Ore. Aug. 11, 2024 — The Wasco County Fair may be over 110 years old, but there's always something new to enjoy. To see current events, follow the Wasco County Fair and Rodeo on our Facebook page.
The Wasco County Fair and Rodeo is a family-friendly event held the third weekend in August. The Fair kicks off with Family FREE Day on Thursday (thanks to Waste Connection), so bring your family and enjoy the livestock, crafts, demonstrations, Circus Acts, Interactive Games, and Godfrey The Magician.
On Friday you'll find all kinds of the same interactive Games, Godfrey, Masters Family Circus, and Live music after the rodeo. On Saturday it will be all hands on deck with all the activities, and games, with a rodeo and beer garden in the evening and Live Band Music after that to dance the last night away.
After the rodeo on Friday and Saturday night, you'll want to stay in your seats for the Google Drone Light Show that will go up over the rodeo arena with 150 drones shining brightly! Sunday we will have the Cowboy Church Service with Breakfast served up by Safeway and then Demolition Derby at 11 a.m. So much fun to be had during this year's Fair and Rodeo that you won't want to miss it!
