The City of The Dalles is replacing about 1,000 feet of sewer line just west of Union Street. The new pipe follows First Street near Oregon Cherry Growers and moves north. The project, known as the “Westside Interceptor”, is replacing concrete pipe that is buried just two feet under the surface. The City’s Michael Bosse is the project manager.
